Certification of Tribal Enrollment Form

Enrolled tribal members or their descendants applying for admission to attend California Indian Nations College (CINC) must provide evidence of tribal enrollment to be considered for BIA/BIE educational benefits. California Indian Nations College does not research or obtain membership verification on behalf of student applicants. The student is responsible for providing official verification of tribal enrollment from the BIA or a federally recognized tribe. CINC reserves the right to verify official tribal enrollment documents with the BIA or federally recognized tribes.
