Graduation Form

Degree Applications must be filed with the Registrar by the following deadlines:

Fall Semester - November 1st
Spring Semester - March 1st
Summer Semester - July 1st

It is recommended that students speak with an advisor regarding graduation.
For degree conferral, students must complete 60 credit hours. Students with a catalog year prior to 2025-26, must complete at least 12 credit hours at California Indian Nations College. Students with a catalog year of 2025-26 or later, must complete at least 15 credit hours at California Indian Nations College.
For course work completed at another institution, official transcripts must be on file with the Registrar's office at the time of application.
Communication including all notifications and announcements regarding graduation evaluation, acceptance, denial, etc., will be sent to your official college email address.
Diplomas will be mailed to the address indicated on the graduation application within approximately 12 weeks after the end of the term.
